In an effort to show our appreciation to all of our patients, we have developed a whitening program that is 1only $99 for patients who are eligible. Dr. Erik Mendelsohn and his team know how important it is for you to have a healthy and bright smile. We feel that every patient in our practice deserves to have a smile they can be proud of.

How Do You Become Eligible for Enrollment in $99 Whitening for Life?
New Patients:

First, we would like to see you for an initial exam, cleaning, and a full set of X-rays. Call our office at Egg Harbor Township Office Phone Number (609) 277-2175 to set up your first appointment!

  • Once your teeth have been cleaned and are healthy, we will provide you with custom-fitted professional whitening trays and whitening material at no cost to you!

  • When you keep your regular dental checkups, 2-3 times a year, we will be happy to supply you with additional whitening material at each checkup.

Existing Patients:

After you have signed our Whitening for Life contract, you will be automatically enrolled. As you come in for your regular dental checkups, you will receive the whitening material for $99. NOTE: All treatment planned work must be completed before whitening can be started.

What is included in this promotion?

  • One set of custom whitening trays (a $550 value).

  • $99 refills for life (a $52 value)—dispensed at your regularly scheduled cleanings.

  • You must keep your regularly scheduled dental visits current. Your long-term oral health is as important to us as it is to you. Our patients have found that regular checkups greatly reduce dental emergencies. This is why we are happy to provide this extra bonus to our patients who are committed to their oral health.

  • You must provide at least 36 hours of notice for all cancellations. In order to provide exceptional services like Whitening for Life to all our patients, we ask that you give us the courtesy of advance notice for all schedule changes.

Keep in Mind

Failure to follow these guidelines or to provide 36 hours notice for a cancellation will result in your removal from our $99 Whitening for Life program. To re-enroll in the program, a $199 re-enrollment fee will be accessed to your account.
