Important Information Regarding COVID-19:
We hope this information finds you and your family in good health. Our office is now open for all regular dental care. If you were scheduled for an appointment during March through May, and have not rescheduled yet, please give us a call today!
What to expect at your next dental appointment:
Your health and safety are always first and foremost in our minds. As you may know, at Serenity Smile Designs, we have always adhered to the strictest infection control guidelines set forth by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA). We continue to regularly monitor these agencies for changes and updates.
We have made changes for your safety that you will see on your next visit:
- To make sure patients are healthy, our team may call or text you to ask you some health-related questions before your scheduled visit.
- Temperatures of patients will be taken upon arrival.
- Masks/ Face Coverings are required when entering and leaving the office.
- To limit the number of patients in the waiting room, you may be asked to wait outside the office or in your car until the team is ready for you. You can call or text us when you arrive.
- We have adjusted our schedules to reduce the volume of patients we are seeing. To keep the patient volume to a minimum, we ask that only the patient comes to the office for appointments.
- We have hand sanitizer available and ask that you use it when entering the office.
- Some additional cleaning and sanitation measures will be done after each patient leaves to prepare the space for you. High-touch items like our coffee bar and magazines have been removed from the waiting room.
- The dental team may wear additional protective equipment, including face masks, plastic face shields, and hair coverings.
- If you are experiencing symptoms such as fever, coughing or body aches, please call to reschedule.
After your appointment:
- If you start to experience symptoms of COVID-19 within 2 days of your appointment, call to alert the office staff so those who came into contact with you may be tested for the disease.
- Schedule your next appointment on your way out. Your oral health is connected to your overall health, so one of the many ways you can stay healthy during these times is to keep up with regular dental care. We are here for you.
Also please keep these three things in mind:
- Be sure to take advantage of your unused dental insurance benefits and flex spending before they expire—if they are unused you may lose them.
- We will be offering additional financial options to assist with the cost of treatment, including an in-house membership plan.
- If you have any questions or would like to schedule an appointment, please call Egg Harbor Township Office Phone Number (609) 646-1989 and we will be happy to assist. Thank you for being a valued patient at Serenity Smile Designs.
We appreciate your cooperation during these challenging times. We will continue to closely monitor the guidelines from our state and local authorities, as well as the Center for Disease Control. Our focus continues to be on the health and safety of our patients and team, and we look forward to providing you excellent care. We value your trust and loyalty and look forward to welcoming you back!
