We offer protection against future complications or failures. Whether you invest in crowns, implantes dentales, dentures, or other restorative procedures we help you safeguard your oral health investment.

 

Full Ceramic Crowns, Carillas, Puentes, Implant Crowns, Night Guards – 5 Years Coverage  

  • 100% coverage for the first 2 año (0-24 meses)
  • 80% coverage from year 2 a 3 (24-36 meses)
  • 50% coverage from year 3 a 5 (36-60 meses)

3D Printed Crowns and Veneers

3D printed materials offer aesthetic appeal; sin embargo, they may wear or stain more rapidly than traditional ceramics and are prone to discoloration faster than traditional ceramic veneers. These materials can be rejuvenated and repolished for an additional fee.

Early Upgrade: We provide an upgrade option should you decide to transition to porcelain in the future. Half of the cost spent on the original veneers will be applied towards upgrading to full ceramics, valid up to five years from initial placement.

  • Full coverage for the first 24 months of service.
  • 50% coverage in years 2 y 3 (24-36 meses).

rellenos – 2-year warranty: 

  • 100% coverage in Year 1 (first 12 meses)
  • 50% coverage in Year 2 (meses 12-24)

Orthodontic retainers – One-year warranty. Two sets provided at the time of orthodontic completion. Replacement is recommended every 1-2 years depending on the individual. Grinding shortens lifespan and voids the warranty unless a night guard is worn.

 

Acrylic Dentures Implant Overdentures (teeth and gums only): 

  • 2-year warranty against material failure.
    • Año 1: 100%
    • Years 2-3: 50%
  • Fit and function depend on a person’s changing anatomy and their ability to tolerate full dentures. Warranty only covers material failure.
  • Discount applies to repair or replacement if unrepairable. Overdenture components are replaced free in the first year; afterward, they should be replaced every 6 months or as needed at an additional fee.

The implant body:

The titanium implant is warranted for five years if the patient is a non-smoker, has no significant health risks, follows regular checkups, has adequate homecare and wears a night guard as recommended.

Zirconia Implant Bridge/Hybrids

We will provide an unlocked digital file of your bridge so that in the event of a fracture it can be taken anywhere to create a new one without any new digital fabrication charges.

What is covered

Fractures in your zirconia prosthesis, including breaks or manufacturing defects in the zirconia material, are covered.

 

Warranty Conditions

  •   Routine Preventive Care: The patient completes recommended hygiene visits at our office (typically every 6 meses).
  •   Higiene bucal: The patient maintains good home care including brushing, flossing, and use of any recommended oral health products.
  •   Proper Use: The dental work has not been damaged by misuse, trauma, rechinar los dientes (bruxism), or accidents.
  •   Compliance with Instructions: The patient follows all post-treatment and maintenance instructions.
  •   Comprehensive Treatment Compliance: If a comprehensive treatment plan is recommended and the patient declines all or part of it, we cannot offer a warranty on any alternative or limited treatment completed in place of the full plan.

Warranty Exclusions

  •   Damage from trauma, neglect, misuse, or bruxism
  •   Failure due to gum disease or decay in untreated areas
  •   Dental work completed outside our practice
  •   Conditions impacted by smoking or certain medical conditions

Patient Responsibilities

  •   Attend all recommended check-ups and cleanings
  •   Follow home care instructions and oral health guidance
  •   Notify the office promptly of any problems or concerns
  •   Use prescribed dental appliances consistently (e.g., night guards)

Limitations

This warranty is non-transferable, applies only to treatment completed at Serenity Smile Designs, and does not cover refund requests or treatment costs from other providers.
